Upon request we can do special orders (for example - apparel and plaques). Due to space limitations we outsource these so it can take upto 5-7 days to complete. If it can be done we shall let you know in advance and confirm your request before proceeding. All special orders will be moved up the queue for efficiency to be sure to reach you in time!

Step One - Get In Touch

Please contact us via email or social media with your idea. Include as much details as possible if applicable, such as

• Any Inspirational Imagery (please note no copyright items will be accepted - Examples: Disney, Netflix)
• Text/Wording (If applicable) such as Dates/Names
• Product Type
• Theme and style (if applicable)

Step 2 - Design & Approvals

We will communicate thoroughly with you from start to concept designs and a preview may be provided before any personalisation is began. This is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your request and overall look 

Step 3 - Payment & Deposit

Personalised items require full payment (or deposit for larger items) before production starts once overall look and preview is confirmed by you.

This can be completed via PayPal (goods and services) or via bank transfer quoting your order# once finalised

Due to the custom of the work, personalised orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun. If cancelled you will relinquish your right for a refund to be processed.
