Refunds
All sales are FINAL. Items are finalised by drafting and approval from you through updates and confirmations. We are not responsible lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please ensure all your information is correct before ordering as once ordered they cannot be changed.
Issues with Item
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue. You will be asked to provide your order number, photos or videos of damages/defects and contact name to ensure legitimacy
